Becoming a basic member is completely free. You only need to provide a valid email address to join as a regular member. We will launch a premium membership subscription later, which offers exclusive benefits for premium members. However, regular members can still participate in the majority of activities on our website.

The delivery time for the toy depends on the shipping policy of the seller providing the free toy. Usually, most of the toys we recommend come from various brands on Amazon, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. If your toy hasn’t arrived after this period, we suggest contacting the seller directly or reaching out to us for assistance in tracking your shipment.

Since we do not sell the toys directly, we usually cannot provide return or exchange services. If there is a quality issue with the product itself, you can contact the seller for further negotiation. However, you can still reach out to us for assistance in handling related problems.

Currently, our activities are only available to users located within the United States. Your shipping address must be within the U.S. We plan to open participation to more countries and regions in the future, so please stay tuned to our website announcements.
