With modern security technology and refund options provided by our Shopify-based payment system. They are 100% secure and all payments are actually made on their servers, so we don’t even see the payment details. You can trade with confidence
3. Will my credit card details be saved?
No, for all our payment providers we do not actually receive this information as the payments are made on the payment provider's servers (not ours).
4. I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Please check that the email address you entered is correct and check the spam folder on your email client. If you are still concerned, please contact us and we will confirm your email address and send the email again.
5.I just placed an order but I changed my mind and want to cancel?
No problem, we can cancel your order before it's shipped. Simply call us (preferably) or email us and we'll process your refund. If your order has already been shipped, I'm afraid you'll need to return it to us. You can view full details in our Returns Policy here.
