Since we do not sell any products and everything we offer is provided as a free benefit, you may contact us if you need to return or exchange an item due to a quality issue. In such cases, all shipping costs will be fully covered by us, so you can rest assured. However, for returns not related to quality issues, you will generally need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

If you purchased a product at your own expense through a third-party store after reading one of our reviews, please follow the return and exchange policy of the store where you made the purchase. We recommend contacting the seller directly to arrange any returns or exchanges.
